We would like to inform you that the EVS Common I/O Disk will reach its “End-of-Life” (EOL) on January 1, 2026. By this date, all existing EVS Common I/O Disks must be migrated.
To simplify the migration process, we provide a “Disk-Type Change” functionality in the T Cloud Public Console. This feature allows the customer to migrate the disk type, for example, to “High IO” (see further Information here).
For RDS customers affected by the End-of-Life (EOL) of Common I/O, the migration cannot be completed yet. Only for these customers, the EOL is currently set for March 1, 2026, subject to the condition the “Disk-Type Change” feature will be in place.
