The new Bare Metal Server i7 has enabled INTEL Software Guard Extensions (SGX) and allows applications to be executed in an isolated and secure runtime environment - "Secure Enclave" - at the processor and main memory level. Program code is securely encrypted in main memory during execution.
With these features, a complete End-to-End encryption of data can be achieved and this allows the execution of applications with highly sensitive data, such as personal, health and financial data.
The Bare Metal Server has 2 CPUs with 28 cores each based on INTEL Ice Lake, 512 GB RAM and local hard disks.
You can find this new Bare Metal Server in the T Cloud Public Console under "Bare Metal Server" in the "Computing" section and here it is the "physical.i7n.28xlarge.4" in the EU-DE region.
