1. Organiser
The organiser of this competition is T-Systems International GmbH, Hahnstraße 43d, 60528 Frankfurt am Main.
2. Prize:
The T Cloud Public Team is giving away a JBL soundbox.
3. Eligibility
All natural persons aged 18 or over who are resident in the EU are eligible to participate. Employees of Deutsche Telekom AG and its subsidiaries, as well as their family members, are excluded from participation. Participation in the competition is voluntary and free of charge.
4. Participation in the competition
All participants who open at least one door of the anniversary calendar in the period from 16.03.2026, 00:01 a.m. to 31.03.2026, 11:59 p.m., answer the respective question (true or false) and submit the participation form, will automatically take part in the competition. With each daily participation during the competition period, the chance of winning increases. Separate participation is required for participation in other T Cloud Public competitions.
5. Determination and notification of the winners
The winner will be drawn at random after the end of the competition. The winner will be notified personally by e-mail from 01.04.2026. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of sending the notification of the prize, the organizer reserves the right to hold a replacement raffle.
6. Data protection
In order to carry out the competition, personal data of the participants (e.g. name, e-mail address) will be collected and processed. The data will be used exclusively for the processing of the competition and will be deleted after final completion, unless consent has been given to further use (e.g. newsletter, marketing). Further information on data protection can be found in the privacy policy.
7. Exclusion of participants
Participants may be excluded from the competition if they attempt to manipulate the process, violate these terms and conditions of participation or otherwise impair the legitimate interests of Deutsche Telekom AG.
8. Other conditions
A cash payment of the prize is excluded. Legal recourse is excluded. T-Systems International GmbH does not assume any liability for the uninterrupted availability of the anniversary calendar. The organizer reserves the right to change, interrupt or terminate the competition at any time for good cause.
